Pros: Better pay to make up for lack of benefits Great communication
Cons: Pay under average forced pay cut for covid then started Aquisitioning other companies and not providing raises. Benefits and pay were unfortunately below market for my area and growth opportunities were becoming limited.

Benefits are pretty good but seem a little expensive for employees. TriMech has a good 401k plan Unlimited Time Off but no time to take it
