Pros: Working environment is good Very supportive and collaborative colleagues around the world. HQ and Management engage well. Good salary learn everyday and more activities are held by company Nice work/life balance with managers offering flexibility where possible.
Cons: It is not international working environment Management is aware of this and so the patience and the demands are shown in equal measure. Salary is good but it could be better considering the amount of time the staff is actually available for the company and how many skills tasks and demands are requested that are not written on any contract.
