    Pros: Benefits are good but nothing else good work/life balance Great pay and great benefits. Overall the culture was great
    Cons: benefits are below average. No work life balance is non Pay and desk sharing is horrible Upper Management is terrible While billed as a merger of equals SunTrust culture and management has clearly dominated.

    Loved the maternity leave available. Generous benefits package with well established system for different events. Vacation and pension is the best

    Cons: benefits are below average. No work life balance is non culture is based on likeability and not actual performance. Mandatory RTO while upper management works remote. Pay and desk sharing is horrible

    Cons: Contract not FTE so no benefits The pay is low for the skills needed. Awful management Senior leadership in IT does not collaborate.

    401k match went from 6% to 4% IF you were a heritage BB&T employee you would have inherited a Pension plan paid after 5 years of service. Good perk if you think about it. Based on time served ... 4% 401k match was formerly 6%.Solid vacation days and health insurance.
