Pros: Approachable management Great people & colleagues. Great culture very welcoming. Excellent work life balance.
Cons: Salary not compatible for the Copenhagen Real Estate Market Bad management of the department Constant politics and playing favourites. If you're looking to join as a CSM I would hold off on this for this year as myself and multiple other colleagues are now looking for other roles following this change so there will be a lot of turbulence and unrest.
