Pros: on and retention bonuses are possible but they tend to be low value ($2 Challenging work with opportunities to be accountable and excel. Very talented aviation industry peers are willing to help collaborate and mentor.
Cons: The CEO and COO themselves do not acknowledge microaggressions within their own behavior and language setting the example that disrespect toward women and minorities is tolerated. Tsunami does not have a healthy work culture and it starts at the top.

Pros: on and retention bonuses are possible but they tend to be low value ($2 Leadership is focused on company growth yet flexible and open to opportunities on how to best get there. Challenging work with opportunities to be accountable and excel. This firm is progressive culture is very open management will talk about anything and everything honestly and the customer work and growth is phenomenal.
Cons: Hard challenging work including occasional long hours to hit customer requirements.
