Pros: The culture is healthy Great environment to work and grow professionally Leaders who guide listen and help you to build the best version of you
Cons: Too many hours of work. Nothing they have a great environment to work Extremely toxic environment Owners treat employees as if you have no other option but to work for them No benefits They do not believe in hybrid or remote work Believe that by buying the employees lunch they are happy Have zero values and all they want is money If you do sales for them they will fire you before you get a chance to collect a paycheck
