Pros: Good salary looked after get to see and stay in some lovely places no two days are the same. Good benefits and regularly have something fun going on in the office. Great colleagues within the hangar to work it Good shift pattern to have summers off Good holiday benefits Benifts Company culture Management is good Flexible hours Possibility of Remote working
Cons: Low salary; overworked; little time to meet expectations of role Pay & benefits could be improved same as worklife balance. Colleagues are the best in the business (shop level) Bad management no consise direction no help Can be long hours but that's what you sign up for!
Tui is an interesting company to work for. It's pretty good - holiday entitlement discount on travel and experiences can work remotely up to a month away but can be flexible as and when Breezy GMG HVAC using the MMC
