Pros: Great people and great partners. Pay is competitive Management very transparent TRAINING ARE GOOD; GOOD ENVIRONMENT
Cons: so many people there are just simply bad people at their core and others idolize them so why would they change? below average pay from where I live Disconnected management Long hours and lack of support The systems they use are extremely antiquated and training to use systems is poor.
Vacation and time off benefits were good. Health insurance was just okay 401k is okay not great 401k plan was the best
