    Pros: Flexible hours making your own schedule decent pay Good benefits including employer retirement contributions after 2 years Good work environment and Excellent Facilities Good chance to work with Doctors and PhDs learn a lot from others and have opportunities to publish paper. Schedule flexibility great coworkers retirement matching.
    Cons: Very low pay relative to for profit institutions.

    Pros: Vacation benefits and Management is nice an understanding The benefits are cheap but the deductible is high so...find out where the worth is. Pay is decent training is fairly efficient. The ability to work from home is great
    Cons: Pay and job mobility are bad. Some management are not so cool. Benefits are not that wonderful (I have had WAY better in the past) and the PTO/ vacation time is sub par. micromanagers and no training.

    great benefits! Good PTO and vacation- retirement plan is matched! Going for an advanced degree you are nearly covered for the entirety of the program as well as their health insurance. Good benefits at this place
