Pros: Good benefits Inclusive of indigenous populations and are great at providing equal opportunity for all demographics. Family friendly environment and good managers Excellent facilities great work colleagues good remuneration and conditions support for flexible work arrangements
Cons: Hobart centric operations/management lack of regional understanding/autonomy at times support for and communications with staff outside Hobart patchy inconsistent interpretation and implementation of strategic goals
