Pros: Great employee benefits Smart team with a lot of potential
Cons: Lack of communication when inquirying management Management is clueless. Under staffed poor executive leadership at time

Good health insurance. Good company HSA and 401K contributions. Ut has an average benefits package sadly though after 10 years of service to the company there is no reward for continued longevity. The best thing about UTI's benefits are that the begin upon hiring no 90 day probationary period.
