Pros: The people genuinely care. Salaried position no commission Excellent training and continuous development programs.
Cons: Not people friendly. No commission is the big thing for me. No work life balance Management does not care about you or your work ethic the only thing that matters is putting on a show and looking the part.

Pros: Pay is above industry standard Profit sharing bonus The people genuinely care. Great training
Cons: Severe micromanaging minimal pay no work life balance Not people friendly. Micro management No work life balance
