Pros: Good benefits and time off. Great people (plus or minus the usual special more challenging people)
Cons: Pay is lower than other companies. This experience was very different from my past employment at UTHealth which I really enjoyed. Toxic management little to no training

They have good benefits and automatically enrolls you in TRS teachers retirement services They force you to come into the office twice a week only to work on a computer and have meetings over Teams and then charge you $100 to park. Crazy! There is NO maternity or paternity leave. They will say they have it but you have to use your sick and vacation time and when that runs out it is just leave without pay. Great benefits and no many chances to grow chance to grow unless you have a PhD

Cons: Pay is below market average and city's salary average. This experience was very different from my past employment at UTHealth which I really enjoyed. Toxic management little to no training

Pros: Good benefits and time off. Great benefits many great coworkers depending on your specific department. World renowned medical institution with behind the times administrative training and leadership.
Cons: Culture needs changing and better training. Pay is lower than other companies. The second most endowed university not investing in critical technology/software that is used everyday by employees is mind boggling.

FMLA only. Retirement benefits are good. Must pay for dependent coverage out of pocket Dental Plan worst Part A lot of Paid Time Off a Plus It was great and cool
