Pros: For the most part the people you work with are great and understand your frustrations. Flexibility Salary Company Work life balance is great and for the most part colleagues are good to work with Remote working and benefits are great I think Veeva has a decent culture among the associates.
Cons: Some periods can have high intensity of workload (you need to be ready and willing to work hard) but people are supportive. low salary No work life balance A lot of monitoring American culture
Great benefits. 401k with match and good health insurance. Health benefits are pretty good. Veeva used to offer Unlimited PTO and has recently switched to 15. No carryover at the end of the year and no opportunity to earn more - far below the industry standard
