Pros: Pay is good and nurses are in a union great management not overbearing checks on us and always available Coworkers are amazing Benefits were good Flexible hours and good for school
Cons: Base pay could be better and only offer hours new employees opportunity. Staffing ratios are poor however management does try their best to improve this but their hands are tied. Costly benefits Annual raises were on lower side They will take hours from the department because they're ‘over budget' but demand you do more work with less staff.

Good health insurance and vision and dental Great health insurance retirement package PTO Excellent insurance low premiums not costly
