    Salary - C | Culture - C | Management - D | Coworkers - C

Pros: Inclusive Culture: Diversity and inclusion are integral parts of the company's ethos. The workplace is welcoming and there are various initiatives to ensure all employees feel valued and respected. Flexible working hours and remote work options are available which is a significant plus for maintaining personal well
Cons: Communication Gaps: At times there can be a lack of clear communication between departments.

Health Insurance is great here and overall benefits package. The benefits are very good. Salary scale is very opaque and HR refuses to see that their employees are getting priced out of the city. Major publishers in NYC changed their pay scale as a result of union effort and VHL should do the same. HR and executives should be more reflective and less hypocritical to show they actually care. We don't want catered lunch; we want to be paid fairly.
