Pros: Good salary and good people Good work / life balance Great culture to support employees Good benefits and pension People are great
Cons: Low salary compared to industry Big multi hard to get a good picture of who does what Too beauracratic and no work life balance Bad culture. Health benefits could be improved The people are generally great high quality people to work with
Good annual bonus percentage each year Nothing at all this is so good Great people to work with
