Pros: pay is good. Decent pay and benefits and discount on parts Approachable management Upper management came from behind the counter and never made front line team feel unimportant or devalued. At the right locations the people can be a great thing to be around; whether they're retail customers or even your coworkers.
Cons: Pay is low for the volume of work the employees put in. Yes you do have benefits but you're not allowed to use them. Poor management communication. Upper management very policy driven and rigid.
