Pros: good working environment and culture My colleagues were genuinely supportive and created a collaborative work environment that made daily tasks more enjoyable. Some offices have strong confident leadership Approachable management.
Cons: Many of my colleagues left within the small length of time I worked there. Leadership is non Management was abusive and disrespectful. There is a lack of clear career advancement opportunities.
