WBD offers plenty of benefit options unlimited PTO and access to movie screenings:-) It's a legacy company and it still offers good benefits. Post mergers with both ATT and Discovery have whittled away at the benefits culture and morale of Warners Bros. Studios WB Television CNN TBS and HBO.

Pros: Work life balance is good Benefits are good in both NY and Seattle Good culture and flexible policy Decent pay Good management.
Cons: No work life balance Little career guidance No big benefits Toxic culture with little regard for employees. Low pay compared to other companies. After the merger the management was a bit rude
Best thing about the benefits package is that the PTO isn't really policed. Although they can rescind it they don't have a limit on PTO days you can take 4.5months of paid (100%) maternity leave. Good options for individuals and family

Pros: I've really enjoyed my experience as an employee here and the benefits are great! people were great. nice ppl and good pay Flexible hours.
Cons: No guaranteed hours benefits or pay. Long hours that go into overtime often & low pay Long hours but what do you expect working in locations When there were layoffs recently due to the merger our group laid off mostly people of color when there were not many to begin with.
