Pros: Exp talent system salary all good Good to take start and move along but have to be very cautious all the time as the management in a rolling basis put a percentage of employees into PIP which is very rigorous Good benefit with health insurance and retirement fund Great people and good process first culture
Cons: Bad Management sometimes and work too much for not enough salary Bad management full of groups that only help each other Basic Benefits
