Pros: The flexibility for this job is great Good pay! Management is wonderful and they are always there to help in any way that they can.
Cons: pay isn't the greatest but the flexibility somewhat makes up for it. Insufficient training and support from managerial staff Low pay
The health benefits are great for preventive care and I receive 3 weeks of PTO and WFH. benefits selection is at an awkward time of year. benefits are expensive and poor coverage. benefits vendors change year to year. HR would e-mail benefit options to everyone even those not eligible and it would cause a lot of confusion.
