Pros: Great people to work with Good work life balance
Cons: People are commoditized There was no work life balance. I was told that I would work through the temp agency for 4 months before being hired on full time if I did a good job however it was later revealed to me that they planned on keeping me through the temp agency so that they wouldn't have to give me benefits or pay me as much. Favoritism is present. Non that I can think of management was fair and was very helpful when needed.
Very good benefits package and employee premiums are reasonable. health insurance 401K standard benefit package available Great 401K matching and work/life balance. Great company!
