Pros: decent pay and benefits 401k competitive salary good colleagues People connections peer collaboration autonomy
Cons: The money is awful no bonuses leadership is incompetent no strategy. Pay is not very good and CEO has said they can't increase due to government contract and the amount that is contracted can't change. Management doesn't care about the processors or the supervisors.
401k is immediately vested but health insurance costs are very high. great company match for 401k Cost too much. High deductibles
