Pros: Decent benefits with the exception of Medical Insurance Many good employees who simply want to help make a difference. Good pay
Cons: CEO is unfriendly and not personable to employees. Terrible toxic management they're all buddies and only do what's best for their circle.
Care about their employees and have aligned benefits. Great 401k match and generous vacation package. They make you wait 60 days for benefits. There is health insurance through united healthcare. 401k and time off benefits are generous.
