Pros: Great benefits and work/live balance. Great Culture: WWT is known for its positive work culture and supportive environment. I have great work/life balance and am encouraged to take the PTO they give to each of us. Managers actually care about your well Competitive pay
Cons: They are also told that the cheap benefits are the main reason they pay appears less compared to other companies even though it does not come close to balancing out. Work Environment: While the culture is generally positive there can be instances of cliques and drama similar to a high school environment. No work life balance. Middle managers have useless to the company and for the most part contribute very little. Pay is sometimes below market value
Best thing is the Health benefits Best benefits in the industry Benefits are affordable and very comprehensive.
