Pros: Good pay benefits etc. Calm and relaxed place to work.
Cons: Pay is low for the work being done upward mobility is slow pay bumps are minimal at best bad plant in Knoxville specifically so it makes things harder than they should be Company has always prided itself on culture but when it became publicly held and acquired another cable company things went downhill. We have no backup from our direct leadership and are ignored unless you're in their friend circle.
From health insurance to vacation/personal time the company benefits are very good and competitive. They offer great Benefits and 401k match programs Great health benefits at wow.
