Cons: Low salary and employee burnout No benefits bonus' or job satisfaction. Top down regulation from the Canadian side of the company isn't always appicable to the Swedish culture. No Work life balance People are still struggling.
Good benefits including 401k and HSA The benefits package at WSP sufficiently covers my needs. There are many plans programs and benefits that if you take the time to learn and understand are very valuable.
