Pros: fun nice pay good yay Great people & dedication to professional development Flexible hours excellent management teamwork mentality Flexible Hours Free Membership Membership Discounts Good career development good training
Cons: Pay is low for the amount of work and time you are required to do participate. Poor management and people don't really care Long hours and tough schedule. The training is inefficient (lots of hours where you learn nothing)
Good work environment. Needs benefits The best thing about the YMCA benefits package is typically the free or heavily discounted membership to the YMCA facilities which gives employees access to gyms pools classes and other amenities while the potential downside is that the overall compensation package including salary and other benefits may not be as competitive compared to other industries depending on the location and position. It's very basic and not too different from most places.
