Pros: Good pay Staff and team were solid great learning experience exposed to diverse backgrounds
Cons: Staffing is extremely short and management will blame frontline staff for these shortages rather than working towards a solution for staff retention. Pay is low but getting better. Safety is compromised by lack of skilled experienced staff and further compound by over use of agency relief staff who are grossly unqualified to work with high risk clients. Bottom line management is completely disconnected from the Frontline workers and are routinely compromising safety to appease funders and the ministry.
