Pros: Always exploring new technology and being innovative. Relaxed management
Cons: President micromanages.
Great company-paid health dental vision and life insurance. 401k matching as well. Mediocre coverage with high deductible and few benefits Health insurance not that great. High copay. 401k ok. Vacation days only 10 days.
