Cons

Would have to spend own money to complete work assignments and then be compensated after the fact had to train without being paid for trainers salary very low pay

Flexible benefits package compared to other companies I have worked for. Out of pockets costs are standard compared to the market. Very cheap plans with limited coverage and expensive monthly. For a company in the Medical sector these are some of the worst benefits packages you will see from any organization. 401k is only after six months of being there with no matching. For a healthcare company it's upsetting how poor the healthcare benefits are. The company contribution is significantly lower than competitors especially for families.
