Pros
Good benefits. Good work life balance at least basic raises each year decent PTO package Great people to work with Good salary and no micromanagement Great culture and good leadership
Cons
Benefits were not as good as with Chartis Difficult work life balance and bad history of the 2009 crash. Sometimes job security is not there for low performers initial salary is low Not employee centric multiple and frequent leadership as well as org wide changes

Good benefits comprehensive wellness days off Excellent career opportunities for hard workers AIG benefits are fairly good although the employee cost continues to increase.
