Great colleagues and leadership is committed to building a connected company culture Some leadership have the mind to take care of their staff. depending on who you work for you could have a fun and rewarding experience or get stuck in an abusive environment

Cons

regularly yelling at staff constantly chastising and criticizing people unwilling to collaborate if things are not to their liking etc.). the company is small enough that its nearly impossible to escape from them. Most people are flying blind working very long hours and struggling with work life balance
