Stable employment high profit margins for owners.

Cons

Worked 7 days per week through covid with no extra compensation while company raked in record profits capitalizing on covid deaths. Also least inclusive staff imagineable. No structure and management is very unprofessional and clueless.

Batesville has a good benefit plan. 4 weeks PTO starting out 401k automatic contribution and match
