Pros
Good benefits Work life balance and benefits Easy advancement and pay is soon good Work/life balance good pay good people Great management awesome culture healthy human relationships great development and career opportunities if commited and envisioned.
Cons
There is little work life balance because of mandatory overtime. They keep pay just high enough to say the pay is good for the area but working there you don't even make the average American salary. Overnights and bad communication by management sometimes

Good place for the area. Tuition reimbursement up to 80%. Health Insurance premiums are high

Pros: They paid good and had good benefits. Work life balance and benefits Good pay and benefits etc. Easy to get along with people. Good culture and forward looking into future challenges (digitalization)
Cons: There is little work life balance because of mandatory overtime. Horrible leadership not wanting to promote within always making a excuse and when u did promote you will have to wait more than 120 days before you can move to new position.
The benefits package is excellent. Great Benefits 401k Stock program paid time off etc... flexible work hours and places
