Flexible Great job for students finishing college Decent pay Management is supportive and gelping The kids and my coworkers are great Great training It's a small clinic with flexible hours.
Cons
low pay compared to other therapy centers Inconsistent management Training is minimal. Long hours lots of RBT turnover

Cons: Pay Is low in comparison Inconsistent management There are changes to treatment plans based off clinician feedback so there can be frequent changes but they always come with training and support Long hours lots of RBT turnover
