Annual Salary was low compared to competitive firms People were great but the outer culture wasn't. heavy (lots of people creating work very few people doing it) competitive culture lack of respect for personal time (15 hour days plus weekends) mandatory last No work life balance for senior role Unhealthy work environment “good ol boys club”.

Comments

Generous Paid Time Off Provided Not the best insurance but decent Hybrid Scheduling is nice. Health insurance is not the best.
