Pros

They leave you alone pay was competitive 2 years ago when I started. You have a great team to collaborate with and learn from.

Cons

They feel that since you are a contractor you should get the bare minimum of benefits. Cella management also has no accountability to their employees and will ghost you if you have an issue that you raise with them. They will give you no PTO.
