Benefits are good and helpful. Pay was good for an under Work life balance is great and you get to take you vehicle home Awesome culture and great atmosphere great management as far as i could tell

Low pay Route changes Unorganized management No work life balance The culture also leans heavily into open frequent discussions of religion which feels inappropriate for a professional setting. Terrible management and poor service

Good amount of vacation and good health insurance Benefits can't be beat. Low deductible. Affordable insurance plan for singles. Little vacation time offered and no significant perks
