Pros

Great culture Good product Remote work its honestly great from the people to the culture to the product Managers are great and they work hard to make sure you are always learning competitive pay There has been a massive backlash to this but I genuinely feel that this was put in place with employee interests in mind. 1 Day a week in the office is hardly a massive ask and the benefits for team spirit and learning surely outweigh the hassle of a commute one day a week.
