Pros
Flexible and good work life balance Good salary and shift allowance etc Still there a good work culture but it is not as good as it was in 2024. Management is good and very supportive in every case As I have started with this company I got a good training here and I got my project in same domain
Cons
If you dont get placed in a good project your life would be miserable and no work life balance. Less salary and Hike . Work culture is bad bad management and politics all over the team No proper training and no stipends

Has a decent number of benefits. Good insurance and paid maternity leave It's very generous and negotiable

Pros: work life balance is good and it also depends on the team and project you are working in Salary is good and overall good Still there a good work culture but it is not as good as it was in 2019 If you end up in a good project its good for you Hikes are ok Management is good Good benefits (medical and social)
Cons: No work life balance and not Able to get leave Salary is less for people who stay there for long time with more years of experience Work culture is bad and leads are not skilled Good. ... Management is poor No benefits and other activities
Very solid benefits at prices only a huge company can offer. The 401K Match is standard They have a good Medical Coverage options for employees
