Pros
Lots of contracts available good pay. Great recruiters and good communication to find right fit Great credentialing team Good reputation Recruiter is nice and easy to work with Reliable Benefits for full time employees
Cons
No PTO but made up with high pay The third party housing company CompHealth used during my tenure was not very good at communication with me or my landlords. Since they are smaller sometimes it is harder to find jobs in an area you are wanting to work in In my case management was very minimally involved with giving feedback.

Since they are smaller sometimes it is harder to find jobs in an area you are wanting to work in Coworkers are rude to one another and dont work well together.
