Fun place to work and the people The culture with the other analysts is great.

The training is inadequate. Vacation and 401k match are okay. low industry wage

Decent benefits. A little expensive. 401k match Vacation insurance is average 3% 401k match small cash bonus small profit interest only equity grant that vests. Overall not a bad benefits package.

Pros: Fun place to work and the people The culture with the other analysts is great. That and the free drinks/snacks are about the only pros of working at Corva if you're in ops.
