Pros

The benefits are good and they have summer hours People are friendly and the engineering team is not very demanding

Cons

Not much growth opportunities or advancement opportunities

Comments

Health insurance 401k and Employee stock purchase program are top tier. Best I've seen anywhere. Good time off package & decent health care The worst thing was that at the time H.R. wasn't very transparent.
