No work life balance in organisation Salaries for the new guys were low and not in line with our area. Management is poor Work culture is bad No job security and waste of time

Good Benefits for mid-size benefits Pto is not competitive enough Pretty standard benefits. 401K with low percent Company match. Two weeks PTO time can be rolled over to next year but if you hit the cap you loose time.
