Good work life balance. Good Salary friendly great benefits. Great people. Culture is good.
Work life balance doesn't exist They like to start people at very low salaries. Health benefits could be better.
Esri covers 100% of my medical dental and vision insurance and the co-pays are very low. They also cover 100% of the cost for my qualified dependents for medical and dental and that is a huge value. I do wish they would increase the 401K matching but it's industry standard. good health insurance work life balance Free healthcare profit sharing matching 401k are decent but not special in the industry any more.
