Pros

Great pay great culture great mission If you want to tackle a new initiative or try a new approach to an existing problem you simply give a heads up in slack and that problem is yours to own. With that comes a ton of interesting problems to solve and leaders actively give people opportunities to work on problems they want.

Cons

pay is not as good as big tech; you take the hit on pay but in exchange you get the autonomy to try new things and get direct exposure to things you otherwise wouldn't be able to. Colleagues are super friendly and helpful but don't expect hand Benefits could be better but they're improving

Comments

Best is the maternity pay and worse is they might just take one benefit away like unlimited time off for an extended period of time. For a startup at this stage of growth the benefits are on par or superior to others I have experienced. Health Insurance 401k option but no matching Unlimited PTO Minimal family leave

Pros: Amazing team to work with despite being a fully remote team people are always super willing to pair up and help tackle a problem Fully remote position with flexible hours Excellent pay and benefits from this company. This is an awesome benefit and it really does allow you to do some fun things in ways that simply aren't possible with traditional companies that provide a certain number of days of PTO. Though sometimes it can feel scary you're truly encouraged to voice ideas and concerns knowing leadership will listen and take action.
Cons: Overall most people are nice but the micromanaging is a problem. I appreciated the flexible hours as I am a self bit of a nit pick but if you're outside of the US this will technically be lower pay. Benefits could be better but they're improving The primary problem at this company is not the heavy workload or the inexperienced leadership as one might first think.
