Good pay and people there well paid and good benefit XOM's environment is great and its people are great. Work life balance and good for family Good teammates and good culture

Cons

Pay is not competitive and performance assessment system bias All the benefits are a thing of the past. Smart people but lots of ego. No work/life balance Performance system littered with bias and drives a toxic culture and has a 8% “layoff” built in

401k pension good health care. Limited vacation There 401k is great they match 7% the pension plans is great if you make it to 15 years and 55 years old It is okay some are good and some are not
