Great work life balance and flexibility good product and plenty of learning opportunities supportive team culture that encouraged asking questions and helping each other everyone actively uses and is encouraged to use their PTO benefits and comp package can be pretty sweet if you negotiate well
Monthly company meetings are just an ego boost for execs and evidently not transparent about actual issues There is absolutely no culture.
The flexible time benefit off makes it easy to create a positive work/life balance and makes this a competitive place to work. Pretty good PTO that is generally unlimited within reason. Good PPO health insurance that includes dental and vision. Stock options feel inconsequential since they're not public and personally I don't see an IPO in the future. Foursquare has great benefits -
